Introducing Bridgewater University! Wine classes have been our most-asked for event and we're excited to get things kicked off with a series of Wine 101 classes, taught by our Chief Wine Explorer Doug!
In Wine 101, Doug will take you through how wine is made, how to taste, what factors impact how a wine taste and more. Four wines from around the world will be paired with meats and cheeses that show off the variety of flavors and tastes. Interspersed will be Doug's stories about the wines and wine regions based on his travels to each region and knowledge of the producers.
We have four dates scheduled, a weeknight and a weekend day in both Leland and Porters Neck.

Tickets are $30/person (plus tax and gratuity)
This is a great chance to learn more about wine; have a fun date night, or a girls night out! See you there...
